Tickets cost £5 per adult or £15 minimum for a family ticket. We're meeting at 10:30am for a prompt 11am start on a 5 mile stroll or sprint (your choice) through beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside.

The venue is Emberton Country Park near Olney, not far from Milton Keynes www.mkweb.co.uk/embertonpark The park entrance is on the A509 between Emberton village and Olney town. You'll find it on OS map 207 reference 886503. We're meeting at the Willow park café, just 100 yards inside the park entrance.

There's ample parking and the café serves hot food and drinks for any pre- and post-walk refreshments. The route isn't an onerous one, mostly flat across fields and by the lake, anyone can do it - we hope to see you there!
